It gives me great pleasure to announce CPRS Calgary’s most recent APRs.
Samantha Peck, APR, Ran Ju, PhD, APR, and Amara Heppell, APR successfully completed the intensive process and were acknowledged at the CPRS Calgary virtual AGM in June and the CPRS National virtual Transformation 2.0 Conference in July.
Amara, Ran and Samantha join the ranks of Public Relations professionals who have demonstrated their competence and dedication to a higher standard in the practice.
“I congratulate all of the APR candidates who have successfully completed the yearlong peer review process,” said Philip Mulder, APR, FCPRS, FEC (Hon.), FGC (Hon.), presiding officer, CPRS National Council on Accreditation. “To earn the highly valued APR designation, they had to display their professional excellence, as well as their ethical knowledge and experience, all while applying the communications body of knowledge.”
“Achieving the APR designation is a significant milestone in anyone’s PR career,” said CPRS Calgary President Gordon Hawker, APR. “It is a validation of the work you have put in, the knowledge you have gained thus far, and your commitment to continued growth as a professional. On behalf of the Board of CPRS Calgary, I congratulate Amara, Ran, and Samantha on their achievement and look forward to supporting them and working with them through our local Society.”
