CPRS Calgary is thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2025/2026 Mentorship Program—a unique opportunity to shape the future of public relations in Calgary.
This program connects students and recent graduates from PR and communications programs with experienced practitioners like you. Your guidance can help them navigate the industry, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed.
Why Mentor?
As a mentor, you’ll gain more than you give:
· Stay Ahead of the Curve by learning about new technologies and strategies from emerging professionals
· Give Back to the Profession and share your experience with the next generation of communicators
· Earn Accreditation Maintenance Points (one point per year)
Mentorship is more than a meeting—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact while expanding your own perspective.
What’s the Commitment?
· One face-to-face meeting per month
· At least one email or phone call each way per month
We are also working on a networking event to help kick off the mentorship program, answer questions from both mentors and mentees and get to know one another. Beyond that, the time you and your mentee commit is up to you!
